Privacy Policy
BizProfitMinded LLC
Effective Date: August 5, 2026 | Last Updated: August 5, 2026
1. Introduction
BizProfitMinded LLC (“BizProfitMinded,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains our practices when you:
- visit our websites and landing pages, including www.secureseniorsbenefit.com and any related domains, subdomains, and campaign-specific landing pages we operate (collectively, the “Sites”);
- request information, a quote, or a rate comparison for final expense life insurance or related products;
- submit your information through any web form, click-to-call button, or other lead-capture mechanism on the Sites;
- call, or ask to be connected to a licensed agent or insurance seller; or
- otherwise communicate or interact with us by phone, text message (SMS/MMS), email, or chat (collectively with the Sites, the “Services”).
By using the Services, submitting your information, or checking a consent box on any of our forms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services or submit your information.
2. Who We Are — Important Notice About Our Business
BizProfitMinded LLC is a marketing and lead-generation company. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance producer, and we do not sell insurance, underwrite policies, issue quotes that bind coverage, set premiums, or pay claims.
Our role is to operate advertising and landing pages, collect information from consumers who are interested in final expense life insurance and related products, and then connect those consumers with third parties — including licensed insurance agents, agencies, insurance sellers, marketing networks, and other lead buyers (collectively, “Partners”) — who may contact you and offer their products and services.
We do not operate our own call center and we do not control the scripts, sales conduct, products, pricing, or business practices of the Partners to whom your information is provided or to whom your call is routed. Any insurance you ultimately purchase is offered and serviced solely by a licensed third party and the insurance carrier that issues the policy. See Section 15 (Third-Party Partners and Conduct).
3. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by BizProfitMinded LLC through the Services. It does not apply to:
- the privacy practices of the Partners, agents, agencies, networks, lead buyers, or insurance carriers who receive your information or who contact you — each is an independent entity with its own privacy policy and its own legal responsibility for how it uses your information;
- third-party websites or services we link to; or
- information collected by your wireless carrier or device manufacturer.
4. Information We Collect
We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your interactions with our Sites, and from third parties.
4.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you complete a form, request a quote or comparison, ask to be connected to an agent, or communicate with us, we may collect:
- Identifiers: full name, mailing or ZIP-code address, email address, and mobile and/or landline telephone number.
- Demographic and eligibility information: age or date of birth, gender, marital status, and general information relevant to final expense coverage that you choose to provide (for example, whether you currently have coverage, desired coverage amount, or general tobacco-use status).
- Communications: the contents and metadata of phone calls (which may be recorded — see Section 11), text messages, emails, and chat sessions you exchange with us.
- Consent records: the exact text of the consent disclosure you were shown at the point of opt-in, the URL of the page, a timestamp, your IP address, and the browser/device identifier associated with your submission. We retain these records to document your consent.
4.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Sites, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, mobile network information, and approximate geolocation derived from IP address.
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, click-stream behavior, form-fill events, and conversion events.
- Advertising and attribution data: click identifiers (e.g., Meta fbclid, Google gclid, YouTube/TikTok identifiers), UTM parameters, and other identifiers used to attribute your visit to a marketing campaign.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 9.
4.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:
- advertising platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, and others) that report ad-performance and conversion data to us;
- marketing and co-registration partners or lead sources that provide consumer information where the consumer has consented to be contacted;
- analytics, verification, and anti-fraud providers that help us confirm the information submitted and detect invalid or fraudulent leads; and
- Partners who report back the status or outcome of a lead (for example, whether you were successfully contacted or connected).
5. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the purposes described below.
| Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|
| Provide the Services | Operate our Sites and landing pages, process your request, and connect you with one or more Partners who may offer final expense insurance or related products. |
| Contact and follow-up | Place phone calls; send SMS/MMS text messages; and send emails relating to your request, including follow-up, reminders, and additional or alternative offers, where you have consented. |
| Sale and transfer of leads | Provide, transfer, or sell the information you submit to Partners (agents, agencies, networks, and lead buyers) so they can contact you and present offers. See Section 6. |
| Marketing and re-engagement | Send promotional and personalized marketing messages to consumers who have consented, and re-engage prior visitors, until you opt out. |
| Advertising measurement | Attribute conversions to marketing channels and measure and improve campaign performance, including through advertising-platform tools and conversions APIs. |
| Verification and fraud prevention | Validate submissions, detect duplicate, invalid, bot-generated, or fraudulent leads, and protect the integrity of our Services. |
| Analytics and improvement | Understand how visitors use the Sites, test and improve landing pages and forms, and improve our marketing. |
| Legal and compliance | Maintain consent and communication records; comply with the TCPA, FTC Act, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing and privacy laws, and other legal obligations; and respond to legal requests. |
6. How We Share, Sell, and Transfer Your Information
Because we are a lead-generation business, sharing and selling your information to Partners is a core part of how the Services work. We want to be transparent about this. The categories of recipients are described below.
6.1 Third-Party Partners, Agents, Networks, and Lead Buyers (“Sale” / “Sharing”)
When you submit your information or ask to be connected, we may sell, share, or otherwise transfer the information you provide — including your name, telephone number, email address, and the eligibility details you submitted — to one or more Partners so that they may contact you (by phone, text, or email) and present offers for final expense insurance or related products. In some cases we are compensated on a per-lead or per-call basis for these transfers.
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, these transfers may be considered a “sale” of personal information or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of this sale and sharing at any time — see Section 10.4. The consent disclosure presented to you at the point of submission identifies the Partner(s), or the categories of Partner(s), authorized to contact you.
6.2 Routing of Calls to Third Parties
If you call a number published on our Sites, or ask to be connected, your call may be routed or transferred to a Partner — a licensed agent, agency, network, or lead buyer. We do not operate a call center and we do not control what those Partners say to you, the products they offer, the prices they quote, or their sales conduct. Calls may be recorded as described in Section 11.
6.3 Service Providers and Vendors
We share personal information with vendors who perform services on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes. These include:
- website hosting, landing-page, and cloud-infrastructure providers;
- telephony, call-tracking, call-routing, and SMS/email delivery providers (e.g., Twilio and similar);
- customer-relationship-management (CRM), lead-distribution, and dialer platforms;
- analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics);
- identity-verification, lead-validation, and fraud-prevention providers;
- advertising-measurement providers and advertising-platform conversions APIs; and
- legal, accounting, and professional advisors.
6.4 Business Transfers
If BizProfitMinded is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy that provides at least equivalent protections.
6.5 Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or government request; to enforce our Terms & Conditions; to protect the rights, property, or safety of BizProfitMinded, our users, or others; or to investigate or prevent fraud or security incidents.
6.6 SMS/Text-Message Data — Special Disclosure
No mobile information collected for BizProfitMinded’s own text-messaging program will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The consent you give to receive text messages from BizProfitMinded, and the mobile opt-in data associated with that SMS program, are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for that third party to send its own text-message marketing.
7. Consent to Calls and Text Messages (TCPA)
When you submit a form, click to call, or check a consent box, you may provide your prior express written consent to be contacted at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provide. Depending on the disclosure you were shown, this consent may include:
- recurring automated marketing, sales, and follow-up calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from BizProfitMinded and/or from the Partner(s) or categories of Partner(s) identified in that disclosure, about final expense insurance and related products; and
- communications delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice, including AI-assisted calls and messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive automated marketing calls or texts in order to obtain information or purchase any product. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means — including replying STOP to any text message, telling a representative during a call, clicking an unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us using the details in Section 18. Consistent with FCC rules, once you revoke consent for one type of message we will treat it as revocation for all marketing messages from us, we will honor your request promptly (and in any event within 10 business days), and we may send a single confirmation message with no promotional content. Note that revoking consent with BizProfitMinded does not withdraw any separate consent you may have given directly to a Partner; you must contact that Partner separately.
8. Advertising and Marketing
8.1 Online Advertising
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other platforms. When you visit our Sites, pixels and tags from these platforms may load and observe browser-level events such as page views and form submissions, and server-side conversion events may be sent to the platforms’ conversions APIs. Where personal identifiers (such as email or phone) are transmitted for measurement, they are hashed before transmission.
8.2 Email and SMS Marketing
If you have consented, we may send marketing emails and text messages. You may opt out at any time:
- Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us using the details in Section 18.
- SMS: reply STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing texts from us.
8.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Our Sites treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising where required by applicable state law. Because there is no consensus standard for “Do Not Track” (DNT), we do not currently respond to DNT headers.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Sites, measure advertising, and analyze usage. Categories include strictly necessary cookies (required for the Sites to function), performance/analytics cookies, and advertising/conversion cookies (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag). You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may impair Site features. Where required by law, we present a cookie banner that lets you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
10.1 Marketing Opt-Out (Available to Everyone)
- Phone: ask any representative to place you on our internal Do Not Call list, or contact us using the details in Section 18. You may also register with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.
- SMS: reply STOP to any message.
- Email: click the unsubscribe link.
10.2 Revocation of Consent
You may revoke your prior express written consent to receive automated calls or texts at any time, by any reasonable means, as described in Section 7. We honor revocation requests promptly and within 10 business days.
10.3 State Privacy Rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have some or all of the following rights, subject to their state’s law:
- the right to know/access the personal information we have collected about you;
- the right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- the right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (we retain certain records for consent-documentation and legal-compliance purposes);
- the right to data portability;
- the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (see Section 10.4);
- the right to opt out of targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising and certain profiling; and
- the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
10.4 Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing
We sell and share personal information as described in Section 6. You have the right to opt out. To opt out, you may: (a) enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser; (b) use any “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” link on our Sites; or (c) contact us using the details in Section 18. Because information transferred before your opt-out may already be held by a Partner, an opt-out with us does not require Partners to delete information they already received — to reach those Partners you must contact them directly.
10.5 California-Specific Disclosures (CCPA/CPRA)
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 4, from the sources in Section 4, for the purposes in Section 5, and disclosed and/or sold them to the categories of recipients in Section 6. California residents have the rights in Sections 10.3–10.4. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by the CPRA.
10.6 How to Submit a Request
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the details in Section 18 or use any privacy-request link posted on our Sites. We will verify your identity using information we hold before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted). You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification. If we deny a request, we will explain why and, where applicable, how to appeal.
11. Recording and Monitoring of Calls and Messages
Calls to and from numbers associated with our Services, and calls routed to Partners, may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed for quality assurance, training, compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. By calling us or providing your number and consenting to communications, you consent to such recording, monitoring, and transcription. In states requiring all-party consent, an additional verbal disclosure will be provided at the start of the call. Text messages, emails, and chats are similarly logged and retained. We use third-party providers to process recordings and transcripts under contracts that restrict them from using the data for their own purposes.
12. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), access controls on a need-to-know basis, vendor due diligence, and periodic review of our practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In general:
- Consent and communication records (TCPA/telemarketing defense): at least 5 years, and up to 10 years, from the date of consent or last interaction, to meet the longest applicable retention rule.
- Lead and inquiry records: typically up to 10 years.
- Call recordings and transcripts: typically 3–7 years, longer where required by law or relevant to a dispute.
- Marketing/suppression data: until you opt out, plus a reasonable period needed to honor and operate suppression lists.
- Website analytics: typically 14–26 months in aggregate or pseudonymized form.
When we no longer need personal information, we securely delete or de-identify it.
14. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of any consumer under 16. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Contact us using Section 18 if you believe a child has provided us information.
15. Third-Party Partners, Links, and Conduct
BizProfitMinded is not responsible for the privacy practices, communications, products, pricing, representations, or conduct of any Partner, agent, agency, network, lead buyer, insurance carrier, or other third party to whom your information is provided or to whom your call is routed. Once your information is transferred to a Partner, that Partner is an independent controller of your information and its use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third party before providing additional information. Our Sites may also contain links to third-party websites we do not control.
16. United States Only
The Services are directed to residents of the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. We do not intend the Services for individuals located outside the United States.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by a prominent notice on our Sites or, where required by law, by direct notice. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
