Privacy Policy

BizProfitMinded LLC

Effective Date: August 5, 2026 | Last Updated: August 5, 2026

1. Introduction

BizProfitMinded LLC (“BizProfitMinded,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains our practices when you:

By using the Services, submitting your information, or checking a consent box on any of our forms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services or submit your information.

2. Who We Are — Important Notice About Our Business

BizProfitMinded LLC is a marketing and lead-generation company. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance producer, and we do not sell insurance, underwrite policies, issue quotes that bind coverage, set premiums, or pay claims.

Our role is to operate advertising and landing pages, collect information from consumers who are interested in final expense life insurance and related products, and then connect those consumers with third parties — including licensed insurance agents, agencies, insurance sellers, marketing networks, and other lead buyers (collectively, “Partners”) — who may contact you and offer their products and services.

We do not operate our own call center and we do not control the scripts, sales conduct, products, pricing, or business practices of the Partners to whom your information is provided or to whom your call is routed. Any insurance you ultimately purchase is offered and serviced solely by a licensed third party and the insurance carrier that issues the policy. See Section 15 (Third-Party Partners and Conduct).

3. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by BizProfitMinded LLC through the Services. It does not apply to:

We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any Partner or carrier before providing them with additional information or purchasing a product.

4. Information We Collect

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your interactions with our Sites, and from third parties.

4.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you complete a form, request a quote or comparison, ask to be connected to an agent, or communicate with us, we may collect:

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health records, or other sensitive information to us. We do not need this information to connect you with a Partner, and any underwriting or application information is collected directly by the licensed agent or carrier, not by BizProfitMinded.

4.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Sites, we and our service providers automatically collect:

4.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

6. How We Share, Sell, and Transfer Your Information

Because we are a lead-generation business, sharing and selling your information to Partners is a core part of how the Services work. We want to be transparent about this. The categories of recipients are described below.

6.1 Third-Party Partners, Agents, Networks, and Lead Buyers (“Sale” / “Sharing”)

When you submit your information or ask to be connected, we may sell, share, or otherwise transfer the information you provide — including your name, telephone number, email address, and the eligibility details you submitted — to one or more Partners so that they may contact you (by phone, text, or email) and present offers for final expense insurance or related products. In some cases we are compensated on a per-lead or per-call basis for these transfers.

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, these transfers may be considered a “sale” of personal information or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of this sale and sharing at any time — see Section 10.4. The consent disclosure presented to you at the point of submission identifies the Partner(s), or the categories of Partner(s), authorized to contact you.

6.2 Routing of Calls to Third Parties

If you call a number published on our Sites, or ask to be connected, your call may be routed or transferred to a Partner — a licensed agent, agency, network, or lead buyer. We do not operate a call center and we do not control what those Partners say to you, the products they offer, the prices they quote, or their sales conduct. Calls may be recorded as described in Section 11.

6.3 Service Providers and Vendors

We share personal information with vendors who perform services on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes. These include:

6.4 Business Transfers

If BizProfitMinded is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy that provides at least equivalent protections.

6.5 Legal Disclosures

We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or government request; to enforce our Terms & Conditions; to protect the rights, property, or safety of BizProfitMinded, our users, or others; or to investigate or prevent fraud or security incidents.

6.6 SMS/Text-Message Data — Special Disclosure

No mobile information collected for BizProfitMinded’s own text-messaging program will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The consent you give to receive text messages from BizProfitMinded, and the mobile opt-in data associated with that SMS program, are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for that third party to send its own text-message marketing.

This is separate from the transfer of your lead information described in Section 6.1. When you request a quote or ask to be connected, the contact information you submit (which may include your phone number) may be shared or sold to Partners so they can contact you — but that is done under the separate contact consent disclosed to you at the point of submission, not as part of our SMS marketing program. Text messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third party except subcontracted messaging providers acting solely on our behalf to deliver the messages you asked to receive.

7. Consent to Calls and Text Messages (TCPA)

When you submit a form, click to call, or check a consent box, you may provide your prior express written consent to be contacted at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provide. Depending on the disclosure you were shown, this consent may include:

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive automated marketing calls or texts in order to obtain information or purchase any product. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means — including replying STOP to any text message, telling a representative during a call, clicking an unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us using the details in Section 18. Consistent with FCC rules, once you revoke consent for one type of message we will treat it as revocation for all marketing messages from us, we will honor your request promptly (and in any event within 10 business days), and we may send a single confirmation message with no promotional content. Note that revoking consent with BizProfitMinded does not withdraw any separate consent you may have given directly to a Partner; you must contact that Partner separately.

8. Advertising and Marketing

8.1 Online Advertising

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other platforms. When you visit our Sites, pixels and tags from these platforms may load and observe browser-level events such as page views and form submissions, and server-side conversion events may be sent to the platforms’ conversions APIs. Where personal identifiers (such as email or phone) are transmitted for measurement, they are hashed before transmission.

8.2 Email and SMS Marketing

If you have consented, we may send marketing emails and text messages. You may opt out at any time:

8.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our Sites treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising where required by applicable state law. Because there is no consensus standard for “Do Not Track” (DNT), we do not currently respond to DNT headers.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Sites, measure advertising, and analyze usage. Categories include strictly necessary cookies (required for the Sites to function), performance/analytics cookies, and advertising/conversion cookies (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag). You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may impair Site features. Where required by law, we present a cookie banner that lets you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

10.1 Marketing Opt-Out (Available to Everyone)

10.2 Revocation of Consent

You may revoke your prior express written consent to receive automated calls or texts at any time, by any reasonable means, as described in Section 7. We honor revocation requests promptly and within 10 business days.

10.3 State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have some or all of the following rights, subject to their state’s law:

10.4 Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing

We sell and share personal information as described in Section 6. You have the right to opt out. To opt out, you may: (a) enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser; (b) use any “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” link on our Sites; or (c) contact us using the details in Section 18. Because information transferred before your opt-out may already be held by a Partner, an opt-out with us does not require Partners to delete information they already received — to reach those Partners you must contact them directly.

10.5 California-Specific Disclosures (CCPA/CPRA)

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 4, from the sources in Section 4, for the purposes in Section 5, and disclosed and/or sold them to the categories of recipients in Section 6. California residents have the rights in Sections 10.3–10.4. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by the CPRA.

10.6 How to Submit a Request

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the details in Section 18 or use any privacy-request link posted on our Sites. We will verify your identity using information we hold before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted). You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification. If we deny a request, we will explain why and, where applicable, how to appeal.

11. Recording and Monitoring of Calls and Messages

Calls to and from numbers associated with our Services, and calls routed to Partners, may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed for quality assurance, training, compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. By calling us or providing your number and consenting to communications, you consent to such recording, monitoring, and transcription. In states requiring all-party consent, an additional verbal disclosure will be provided at the start of the call. Text messages, emails, and chats are similarly logged and retained. We use third-party providers to process recordings and transcripts under contracts that restrict them from using the data for their own purposes.

12. How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), access controls on a need-to-know basis, vendor due diligence, and periodic review of our practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In general:

When we no longer need personal information, we securely delete or de-identify it.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of any consumer under 16. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Contact us using Section 18 if you believe a child has provided us information.

15. Third-Party Partners, Links, and Conduct

BizProfitMinded is not responsible for the privacy practices, communications, products, pricing, representations, or conduct of any Partner, agent, agency, network, lead buyer, insurance carrier, or other third party to whom your information is provided or to whom your call is routed. Once your information is transferred to a Partner, that Partner is an independent controller of your information and its use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third party before providing additional information. Our Sites may also contain links to third-party websites we do not control.

16. United States Only

The Services are directed to residents of the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. We do not intend the Services for individuals located outside the United States.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by a prominent notice on our Sites or, where required by law, by direct notice. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
